Which countries are available for shipping?

Currently, Lia Cohen ships exclusive within the United States.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from Guatemala City, Guatemala.

What paymet methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard .

What are the shipping. fees?

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout upon entering your
shipping address.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. All international sales are final sales.

Collections

How do i take care of my Lia Cohen pieces?

Each garment comes with specific care instructions based on its
fabric and washing requirements.

Where are the fabrics and desings from?

Our fabrics are carefully selected from Europe and Asia. Each
design is created by Lia Cohen and handcrafted in our Guatemala
City atelier.

Does Lia Cohen offer a repair service?

We do offer adjustments in-store, in Guatemala City. Each
alteration has a different price and due date, which are
determined by evaluating the piece and the specific
alterations needed.

Can I shop pieces from past collections?

Pieces might be available at some point during the year one
more time. However, availability is limited and varies each time.

Do you restock pieces once they are sold out?

No, we do not restock our designs. Each piece is made in a
limited quantity. Once a design is sold out, it will not be produced
again, making every piece truly unique.
